• Pickup, paid local delivery or shipping preference
• Any special instructions

For apparel, include garment type, size, color and whether the design is front-only or front-and-back. For cakes and treats, include the estimated serving count, flavor and design idea.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We will review your request and contact you to discuss availability, final details and pricing. Your date is not reserved until the quote is approved and the nonrefundable retainer fee is paid. Custom orders generally require 2–3 weeks, depending on the item and everything included. Semi-custom cakes may require 1–2 weeks, sculpted cakes 2–3 weeks and wedding cakes at least 4–6 weeks.

Custom cakes cannot be shipped. Party favors, DTF transfers and eligible merchandise may be shipped. Local delivery is available for an additional fee, and safe-place pickup details are provided after the order is confirmed.
