Sweetie K Studio Crafts Terms of Service

By placing an order with Sweetie K Studio Crafts, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Many of our products are handmade, custom-designed, or personalized. Because each custom order is created specifically for the customer, production may not begin until all required information, photos, personalization details, and applicable payments have been received.

Retainer Fees
Custom orders may require a retainer fee to reserve production time and begin the design and preparation process. The retainer fee is applied toward the total cost of the order. Once design work, material purchasing, printing, cutting, assembly, or production has begun, the retainer fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Payment of a retainer fee confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted these terms.

Remaining Balance
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided for the order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the full balance must be paid before the completed order is shipped, released, or made available to the customer.

Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, spelling, wording, sizes, colors, photographs, event information, shipping information, and other requested details. Sweetie K Studio Crafts is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information supplied or approved by the customer.

Design Proofs & Approval
When a design proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully before approval. Approval authorizes Sweetie K Studio Crafts to proceed with production. Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and may affect the completion date.

Production & Processing Times
Processing and production times vary depending on the product, order size, customization, availability of materials, and current workload. Any estimated completion or delivery date is an estimate unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made before work begins. Once design work, material purchasing, printing, cutting, assembly, or production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded, subject to applicable law.

Handmade & Custom Product Variations
Because our products are handmade and customized, minor variations in color, placement, sizing, materials, or appearance may occur. Screen and monitor settings may also cause colors to appear slightly different from the finished product. Minor variations that do not materially change the approved design are not considered defects.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Shipping and delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed by Sweetie K Studio Crafts. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers should inspect orders promptly upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order due to an error by Sweetie K Studio Crafts, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Intellectual Property
Original designs, photographs, graphics, product images, and other original content created by Sweetie K Studio Crafts remain the intellectual property of their respective owner unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership or reproduction rights to the underlying design.

Agreement to Policies
By placing an order, submitting payment, or approving a custom design, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the policies applicable to your purchase.
