Sweetie K Studio Crafts Return & Refund Policy

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for you, all custom and personalized sales are considered final once design work, material purchasing, printing, cutting, assembly, or production has begun.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made before work begins on your order. Once work has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Any applicable retainer fee reserves production time and allows us to begin preparing your custom order. Retainer fees are non-refundable once work has begun, subject to applicable law.

Personalized Information & Design Approval
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, photos, wording, and other personalization details. Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.

When a design proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the proof before production. Once a proof has been approved, Sweetie K Studio Crafts is not responsible for errors that appeared on the approved proof or resulted from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Errors Made by Sweetie K Studio Crafts
If we make an error in producing your order that differs from the approved design or information you provided, please contact us promptly. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, correct or replace the affected item at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy.

Non-Custom Items
Eligibility for returns of non-personalized items, if applicable, will be determined based on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the request. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
